🔧 One-Time Setup (~5 mins)

Switch Instagram to a Business or Creator account — it's free. Go to Settings → Account → Switch to Professional Account.

Go to developers.facebook.com/apps → Create App → choose Business type → add the Instagram Graph API product.

In your app dashboard, go to Instagram → API Setup with Instagram Business Login and generate a long-lived access token for your account.

Paste your token below and click Connect. Done — posts will auto-appear when you upload to Instagram!
